What Is Offered In Our Personal Resiliency Class
6 to 8 week class, depending on where is being offered.
Teaching youth & adults how to improve their personal resiliency through:
- Emotional management/critical thinking skills – Choosing how to perceive situations and events and controlling how to feel about them.
- Enhancing their ability to create their own desired results in life, also known as developing efficacy. Increase their ability to list and choose options.
- Enhancing their ability to communicate more effectively and assertively. Asking for help in healthy ways and to the right people; the people that they trust the most.
