Our Youth Program
Resiliency Workbook Offered
Intended to be an accessory to the class but isn’t required. Youth will be given a choice on whether or not they want to complete it. However, even though it is optional, they will be encouraged to complete it with an incentive at the end. This is an exercise in long term reward; a principle of resilience.
With the focus on building on personal strengths and positives. This will transition into material that will reinforce the principles of resiliency. The primary principle being self-respect. We want teens to see themselves deserving of respect as we believe self-respect will naturally translate into a natural respect for others.
